According to the latest data from Statistics Finland, Finnish industries' orders rose 5.6 % in November when compared to 2013 figures. The number of orders has been also rising throughout January – November, already reaching 7.1 % growth when compared to 2013.
Leading the way are metal industry which orders have grown 10.6 % as well as chemistry industry’s 3.9 % growth in orders. On the other hand textile, paper and cardboard orders have fallen. (Source: www.tekniikkatalous.fi, 9.1.2015)
